Ratings you can believe
A rating here is evidence, not marketing. Only the people who were actually there can write one.
Earned, not solicited
A review can only be left against a booking that was completed and paid for through the platform. There is no way to post one without having been there.
Both sides review
Owners rate their carer and carers rate the stay. Good dogs and good owners build a record too, and it counts when a carer is choosing which requests to accept.
Public and permanent
Every rating sits on the carer profile and moves their overall score. We do not remove reviews for being unflattering.

How do I find someone near me?
Enter your ZIP code and pick a service. We search on real distance from your location, so results come back nearest first, and you can narrow them by radius, service and price.
When is my card charged, and when does the carer get paid?
Your card is charged once the carer accepts the booking. The money is held by the platform for the length of the booking and released to the carer only after the service is completed. If a booking is declined or cancelled, the funds come back to you.
How are carers checked?
Every carer verifies their identity through our payment provider before they can accept a booking, and background screening is available for the services where your dog is in their care overnight or for a full day. After each completed booking both sides leave a review, so the record builds in public.
What if I have to cancel?
The cancellation terms are shown on the booking before you confirm it, and any refund is processed back to your original payment method under those terms.
How do I start taking bookings?
Create an account, add your services, rates and service area, then complete payment onboarding so we can pay you. Once your listing is published you appear in searches near you, and you decide which dates are bookable.
I have more than one dog. Does that work?
Yes. Your account holds a profile for each dog, with their breed, age, size, medical notes and photographs, and you choose which of them a booking is for.
